IIIPerry H. Windle III was born October
24, 1960 in Cookeville, TN. Mr. Windle graduated from the
University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business
Administration in 1982. In 1985 Mr. Windle graduated from
the University of Tennessee Law School and began practicing
law in Knoxville, Tennessee. In 1995 Mr. Windle opened his
own firm, The Law Office of Perry H. Windle III.
